Stuart Lokhee Registered Psychologist | Clinical Psychology Registrar, offering the convenience of after hours Telehealth appointments, and face-face if needed.

Stuart is registered with AHPRA, a member of the APS, holds a Masters of Clinical Psychology, Masters of Criminology, Bachelor of Social Science (Psy Hons1), and Graduate Diplomas in Psychology and in Education.

Stuart has worked people across the lifespan; including with men involved with The Family Court, refugees, victims of crime, people experiencing psychosis and addiction.

He is an experienced group therapy facilitator, with a clinical focus on Men's issues, including those experiencing separation from their children, difficulties with anger, parenting after separation and New Dads programs.

Stuart also brings to psychology over 25 years’ professional experience as a first responder Police Detective, & Federal Agent, Restorative Justice Practitioner, and Peacekeeper with the United Nations.

Stuart has given expert police evidence in Court and is also experienced with Family Law proceedings.

Resilience

Fostering the contributing factors to resilience is key to adaptive coping, overcoming adversity, and to positive wellbeing. Evidence-based treatments include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Problem Solving, Narrative, and Mindfulness Therapies.
